Why Thai Yoga Massage?

Thai Yoga Massage North Bay

Often when I am massaging someone I hear them say, “Oh no… that’s not the spot… can you move here?”

While massaging where it hurts can relieve some of the pain and is necessary — making sure that we get other spots in the body is important.  Check out this short video by Tom Myers explaining tensegrity… I think it’s a great explanation of why a full body thai massage feels so good.

Joanne has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and teaching since 2005. She did her initial Hatha teacher training in Vancouver at Prana Yoga Teacher College with shakti mhi. Joanne then moved on to travel to India where she trained in the Ashtanga practice and Yoga Therapies in Mysore.
